Nein!

I am nowhere near as talented as that guy.

It's Aesop Rock.

I mess around n stuff... make some beats here and there, rhyme if the right mood arises... but it's not something I would/will actively pursue.

Maybe when school is all done, I might throw some things together. Not now though.

Took a swing... the image was difficult for me because of the defined boarders and such...

Warflower.png

If you like, I could add a border... or erase the edges some to give it the rough edged look my sig has.

Maybe I'll crack at it again if you don't like it.

:p

That would be Cat Power.

Fell in love with her voice on the "I've Been Thinkin" track on Handsome Boy Modeling School's "White People" album.

I just looked her up on myspace... I thought I recognized her! She's like every other bohemian/hipster/freak musician-artist from Williamsburg... :glare:

Meow...lol

I do like her voice though..I'd go see her

She's bigtime now

I gotta get off my hiney and edge that out for ya warflower!

It would be fun to do a Beatking logo design... I'm no ground-up artist though. I'm so-so with image manipulation.

Anyhoo... this is the track that sold me on Cat Power.

And Rainbow, if you read this... that is GOOD MUSIC and HIP-HOP... now GET OFF MY LAWN!

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
