Who Killed John Fitzgerald Kennedy?

There is an article on this book in the Atlantic Monthly this month. I hate to be a spoiler, but the entire book is an exaustive breakdown and dismissal of all the theories...he believes Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone

I've always believed it was Joe Dimaggio.

Joe DiMaggio failed to make hits 67% of the time...it's beyond the realm of possibility he could make the hits on Kennedy that the killer did, even if the target wasn't moving at 90 miles per hour. It had already shown numerous curves and changes of speed, making it extremely deceptive and difficult to zero in on.

Your "revenge for the affair with Marilyn theory" might be unique, however.

I will probably take a look at the book. In particular, I will be looking at what he has to say about double Oswald sightings, the number of interesting dignataries and military people in Dallas at the time of the assassination, and other strange occurences that suggest some kind of simultaneous intelligence operation.

Scientists cast doubt on Kennedy bullet analysis

Multiple shooters possible, study says

By John Solomon

Updated: 1 hour, 17 minutes ago

In a collision of 21st-century science and decades-old conspiracy theories, a research team that includes a former top FBI scientist is challenging the bullet analysis used by the government to conclude that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President John F. Kennedy in 1963.

The "evidence used to rule out a second assassin is fundamentally flawed," concludes a new article in the Annals of Applied Statistics written by former FBI lab metallurgist William A. Tobin and Texas A&M University researchers Cliff Spiegelman and William D. James.Scientists cast doubt on Kennedy bullet analysis.

  • 2 weeks later...

David Talbot, the former editor of Salon.com and campaign worker for Bobby Kennedy, has written a new book, 'Brother's, about the Kennedy Assassination. Here is an intriguing excerpt, in which Talbot reveals RFKs secret investigation about his brother's death; RFK, like Talbot, like me, believe there was a plot, and that the culprits eminated from the CIA's anti-Castro program, the mob and right wing elements.

Here is the best website I've ever seen on the matter: Mary Ferrell Foundation

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
