"Celebration" is a song released in 1980 by Kool & the Gang from their album Celebrate!. It reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on February 7, 1981 and held that position until February 20, 1981. The song dominated the radio for nearly the entire year, and is still heard today at weddings and parties. Always liked Kool and the Gang. They had good songwriters and a great band. For those who want to learn more:

"Kool & the Gang is a highly successful American R&B/soul/funk/disco group. They originally formed in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1964. They went through several musical phases in their career. They started out as practitioners of R&B and funk, eventually went through a phase where they were a smooth disco ensemble, and wound up the successful period of their career recording tunes that were a mixture of pop and R&B.

Kool & the Gang is one of the most sampled artists of all time.

"Jungle Boogie" was included on the soundtrack to the 1994 film Pulp Fiction. "Hollywood Swinging" appeared on the soundtrack of the 2004 videogame Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, playing on the funk radio station Bounce FM. Currently the band is in the studio recording a new album, for release in 2007. They are rumored to be working with famed producers Eddie Galan and Drew Lane."

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
