Still freezing my ass off here....

Blessid Union of Souls is playing this bowling alley/bar in my hometown tomorrow night.... kind of sad they've fallen so far that they're playing at that junkhole, but I'm going and I'm excited. My boyfriend's friend's band is opening.

I think that's about it. I lead a fairly dull life.

Friday had to work the Globetrotters 1st show...

Saturday worked a shoot around and the Rockets game that night.

Today...slept till 1pm ( I still need aleast a week to catch up on sleep!! )...then spent the rest of the day doing laundry!!

LOL, where to begin? had such a fabaroo time in London that i stayed two extra days. and the band actually played the tune i'm on at their gig. we took D Wayne and Rock home w/us to Chris's and stayed up all night doin' stuff, lol.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
