“Blah Blah Blah” isn’t usually a phrase you associate with a positive conversation, but Niiko x SWAE’s latest single with Mougleta is full of good vibes and positive sounds.

Bouncy house beats and deep house synths merge with Mougleta’s fresh vocals and upbeat production for a thrilling and always exciting tune. It’s the sort of track that would get played at the Ultra main stage early in the day or sunset that would get the crowd absolutely jumping for joy.

Niiko x SWAE reveal the track is about, “Tuning out the bad so you can focus on the best aspects of your life, whether it’s the people around you or just living in the moment. When the song was created, the world was going through a hell of a rough time, so we wanted this song to have a deeper, subliminal meaning. Mougleta came in and was able to paint that lyrical picture perfectly while adding her own creative vibe to the track!”

Mougleta adds, “It’s that feeling when you lose yourself on the dance floor and give in to the night, but you’re still carrying that pain that haunts you on your way back home. Feeling nostalgic and longing for new love, yet holding on to what hurts the most, trying to let go.”

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
