Christian Ariza, professionally known as Rad Cat, is a First-Generation Mexican American DJ/Producer, who hails from San Diego, California. The 24-year-old San Diego native is best known for amassing millions of streams on his tracks and official remixes alongside production/remix credits with acts including, Blackbear, Enrique Iglesias, Kevin Gates, Mike Posner, T-Pain and more.

He’s already played some of biggest stages around, including CRSSD Festival, EDC Mexico, and Nocturnal Wonderland. There’s no doubt his career is on an incredible trajectory. Now, he’s back with a brand new single, “Levitate“, collaborating with the burgeoning indie pop artist Armen Paul for a track that is beautiful from start to finish.

Levitate” opens up with airy synths that quickly spotlight Armen Paul’s honest vocals about falling head over heels in love with someone new as Rad Cat guides listeners through contemplative bass beats and sensitive synth lines. The arrangement is seamless, building perfectly into an electrifying drop that puts the senses in a euphoric state.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
