Abra Cadabra Keeps It Gully On "Baby"

It looks like Abra Cadabra is not letting his foot of the pedal this year. Though the rapper had made rounds a few years back with singles like "Robbery (Remix)" that included appearances from Krept & Konan, the rapper went a bit quiet for a little bit. Then he made a triumphant return at the top of the year with a few freestyles and LOL: Love Or Lust?

Following an already productive year, he's back to turn up the summer with a brand new single titled, "Baby." Revving up the roads, his gruff delivery pumps up this banger over drill and grime-inspired production. Overall, this is supposed to be the anthem of the summer -- "I don't wanna cuff, you don't wanna cuff/ Miss me with that."

Quotable Lyrics
After I go opp block and I beat it off
More time I basin' off at hers (Skkr, skkr, bop, bop)
That's another opp boy in critical
Anytime I hear that one of them dropped
Man, it's yute and 2-step, minimal

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
