Amounts of gamers online has doubled since the outbreak

Recommended Posts

I feel genuinely hopeful having people such as Mod West and RS gold Mod Husky about the team doing what they do. The rework felt as though we got a chunk of fresh new content, with the flavour forthos dungeon. I am so eager for the forthcoming Shayzien rework and the prospective reworks of their other houses, if they can pull off what they did with Hosidius. It can't be understated; they aren't just polishing bits of Zeah and which makes it a bit more digestible. They are transforming it into things that feels like ACTUAL (and new) content.

Amounts of gamers online has doubled since the outbreak

Let us hope they can get Archaeology out before too many people begin going back to work/school. You do understand the virus also impacts the devs? Sure many are working in the home but the fractured development team is going to cause the schedule to be delayed.Obviously, the whole point of my article is me hoping that it does not get postponed too much. They haven't announced a delay for archaeology. So I really doubt it will be delayed. Maybe future jobs will find a delay of some sort, but Jagex started working from home this week or something, and Arch would have been borderline finished by there.

Not actually doubled but I'd state a 25% growth or so. Atm that the site says 150k gamers (knowing that its the playercount of OSRS and RS3 combined, its still alot). OSRS has 116k and the website says 150k (assessed while typing this comment), so 34k individuals on RS3, thats fairly nice.I want more people would stick around on RS3. You get to have the game. Of course, I wind up quitting because it's essentially a single-player game, even outside of ironman. I can easily walk from 1 side of this map into another rather than see a single player on many worlds. 90 percent of buy OSRS gold my time is still in Old School, but it is nice to come back to RS3 on occasion.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
