There is not a day that goes by where we don't reflect on Ashanti's beauty. At 39-years-old, the outstanding talent just continues refusing to age a single day, looking as good now as she did during her peak. These days, the recording artist supplements her musical drops with a flurry of sexy pictures on her social media pages, reminding us regularly that she remains one of the baddest women on the planet. She's got a believer in Gabrielle Union, too.

Serving as Dwyane Wade's wife's Woman Crush Wednesday, Ashanti earned some major praise from Gabrielle Union, who listed off all that she has achieved in her long career as an entertainer.

"Today’s #WCW is an accomplished singer, songwriter, record producer, model, dancer, and actress @Ashanti," wrote Gab on Instagram, sharing a series of gorgeous pictures of Ashanti. "Ashanti has always been sweet, humble and cool no matter the circumstance. She is always a pleasure to be around and keeps it easy. Her songs have been the soundtrack to your life at some point with hits like Foolish, What’s Luv, Always on Time, Into You, just to name a few. Her award count is at 35 wins and 89 nominations, including Grammy wins, Billboard wins, and AMA wins. She has dope new merch out now, which you should check out! Let us lift her up in the light of goodness and hold her there."

Ashanti definitely deserves to be celebrated. Take a minute to show her some love today.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
