Some nice pics. Several of those are of a high powered pellet rifle. Some pellet rifles have a muzzle velocity equal to or slightly better than a .22 with standard ammo. I don't think any of those were using a .223 or .308 or such but I'm not sure. I certainly am no expert in photography.

I don't think I'd make it anywhere that the snow is 4 feet deep at the front door.

We had a white Christmas this year for the first time in several years. I think the snow was almost an inch deep. It all came down last night and melted today. There is a little bit remaining in shady areas and that will be gone tomorrow4sure.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
