It’s that time of the year again when Amsterdam turns black and yellow… which can only mean one thing… ADE! Perhaps one of the things I look forward to most leading up to this exciting event is Toolroom Record’s annual compilation that accompanies it. They always pack it with an impressive variety of warm up, heaters, and after hours tracks.

This years compilation features essential ADE weapons from CamelPhat, Weiss, Alan Fitzpatrick, Eli Brown, Will Clarke, Amine Edge & Dance, Catz ‘n Dogz, Huxley, Jansons, Max Chapman, Wally Lopez, Junior Sanchez, UMEK & Sidney Charles. Amongst these heavy dance floor hitters Toolroom have signed 13 brand new exclusives from the likes of Javi Bora, Dakar, CASSIMM, Miane & Husko.

For this year’s Toolroom Amsterdam compilation they invited #ToolroomFamily’s Mendo and Sllash & Doppe to mix the album! The guys have also offered up 2 brand new exclusive cuts ‘Lemonade’ & ‘Makeba’.

Stream a preview compilation below (released worldwide October 11th) and grab your ticket to Toolroom’s ADE Party on Wednesday October 16!

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
