Alice Deejay’s seminal classic “Better Off Alone” has pretty much stayed the same since it was released in July 1998. (Yeah, it’s that old.) Now, though, Prince Paris is taking on the monumental responsibility of bringing the classic to a modern audience with an updated twist and a new energy.

For his own interpretation, Prince Paris turns “Better Off Alone” into a raucous, main stage house banger that is bouncy and full of energy. It’s not hard to imagine anyone on Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS dropping this, or David Guetta, Afrojack, anyone who just wants to make the crowd move.

This cover came out over the weekend on Thrive Music. Check it out below.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
