This is Ingrid...my show 'The Cool at Noon' has had a re-jig, and will be on from 8 till 10pm on Sundays. GMT.

I've had to change the name...and well...the name reflects one of my favourite dinner mints. :P

Unfortunately, due to technical problems my show will not be on today, 16th July; however it should be on the following Sunday 23rd July.

On a separate note I saw Fourplay and Al Jarreau on 12th July at The Tower of London music festival...it was fantastic!
