View new posts is not working

Occassionally, I will try and go to a second page, or try to start a new message, and instead of that, I see all the names of the tables at the top of the screen, and nothing but black below. I try to hit go, if its there, and the pages will reappear...or if go isnt there, then i backpeddle to previous pages and start over. What causes that?

I had to wait several minutes tonight trying to post the new Drive By Truckers - that's why you see several additional posts - i had to keep hitting the g.d. key because the screen just hung. What's up with that? Worse yet, the damn boards would not allow me to post a jpeg of the album...

from what I read in the Invision forums, it must be a bug. Happens to a lot of people

I gave permission to 2 Invision technicians to visit cpanel and they couldn't find anything wrong

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
