Should I be afraid of Umma then, if that picture shows... her(?) eating a potato?

BeatFactory: smileys are the way to be... expressive and all.

method: You wish. Good thing you're all the way in Greece.

Whoever said I'm from Minnesota is right on. Perhaps I should change my name to Mosquito to represent properly.

here's hoping new members and old will see this in "view new posts". I would like to suggest that all members that haven't done it, just post a short one about what kind of music they like and what topics they'd like to see more of, about the only way to judge now, is the amount of views a post gets. I haven't been here that long but if I haven't welcomed anyone new, sowwwwwwweeeeeeeeeee, please post and let us know you're there!

I really enjoy being here...I'm open to all kinds of music although my fav is Rock.

Are there any Motown lovers out there? I grew up listening to it on Sunday (CBS radio or 8 tracks of Marvin Gaye, The Platters, Supremes) while cleaning the house with my mom...

Bravo just had a special on the Funk Brothers ...WOW. If you like Motown...it's a must-see! :) http://www.standingintheshadowsofmotown.com/

Ain't nothing like the real thing baby....ain't nothing like the real thing.... :jammintwo:

10% sounds about right, but the bigger forums have an even smaller percentage. One thing you can do to clear out the dead weight would be to delete the accounts of zero posters who haven't visited the forums in a long time, or will they be members for life like over at Zeropaid?

we might consider deleting the 0 post users in the future but now it's just too early

Hunter is very correct....if someone took the time to join the group I don't think they should be eliminated from the roster simply for not posting. The only reason I could see for eliminating anyone would be if they completely quit coming by the site for a year or so. I don't know if the admins here have that information, but at ZP anyone can look up anyone else's last login.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
