Heya music fans

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of Missy Higgins?

She's an awesome Australian artist.. In fact her debut album "The Sound of White" has just gone 8 times platinum here and is the higest selling album of the year...

She has released her album and a few singles in the US and has been touring around the place so you may well have heard of her! If you havn't heard of her and moreso if you have ... you should pop on over to http://www.missyhiggins.org . It's the biggest and best unofficial fan forum for her and it's a lot of fun and really active.... You can listen to some of her stuff and chat with some of her biggest fans! So check it out and see what all the fuss is about! I'm sure you'll be hooked....

She has one of the most unique Australian voices around. Her songs are stripped back, raw and pure.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
