Well if you aren't having kids anyway, you dont mind me not giving a crap ;)

There must be some middle groud between Armageddon and nothing to report. But if we aren't going to die from sars, then terrorists will get us, if terroroist dont kill us, global warming will. There is definately no chance of us surviving that AND bird flu.

At which point am I allowed to switch off from what is going to kill us all and enjoy life?

Excellent post my friend. I'll have to add earthquakes for our region here which could be a real threat but has been for billion of years abd there's nothing you can do about it
