Not sure if this is the right part of the forum to post in but I thought many of you would be interested. I was flipping through my channels on directv and every now and then I like to listen to who they have on their free music channel (ch 101). They were promoting a show called CDUSA where they'll have live performances and music insider information and interviews. It seemed pretty promising. You can visit the site www.cdusa.tv and see who they have coming up, it's pretty eclectic. They also have a myspace account on their site where you can send in your own recommendations.

Watched it, liked it, now talking about it. Gotta say that I liked 2 parts the most, the interview with Ashlee Simpson and her talking about how "the incident made [her] stronger." and Fort Minor going crazy and throwing CDs into the crowd. I wonder who they'll have on next... I'll check their site and myspace, I might even join, too bad I didn't join earlier, I would've been the first few to, but now they have like over 700 members. This is what I get for waiting last minute! >_

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
