50 Cent and Kanye West feuding over Bush

(I didn't read the article, but CNN is days late on this one...)

I wouldn't call it feuding really (at least not with Kanye), just 50 Cent trying to get some press time for free advertising for his upcoming movie. Otherwise, his timing would have been a lot closer to when Kanye West actually made the comment, not TWO MONTHS afterwards. This *is* the second time he has directly made a comment towards Mr. West through the media, but I don't see anything happening with it. The other option is that he's taking shots at Kanye West to try and anger Jay-Z ... but this is harldy defending Bush (besides the fact that he's not paying as much in taxes with Bush in the House).

I read the article.

50.... oh.... 50.

I didn't know it was possible for a person to hang so heavily on their own nuts.

Reminds me of the Ice Cube vs Common beef.

Songs of the beef

Common - I used to love H.E.R.

Ice Cube - Westside Slaughterhouse

Common - The bitch in you

If you don't know common, he's all earthy and Afro-centric. The perfect yin to Ice Cube's Gangsta yang.

Lyricly... Common ate Ice Cube for dinner.

Kanye is a bundle of contradictions... socially conscious, disses bling and still flashes it.

50 is a braggart, and like a gangsta cartoon character. Sadly, after hearing his older stuff, I think it's the mold he took to become famous.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
