Moby (ft. Aynzil and the 419 Crew) - "Alice"

"The left-wing Christian born Richard Hall returns this March with Last Night, his first album of new material since 2005's Hotel.... This returns him to the semi-anonymity of a 1990s electronica star. Guest rappers Aynzil and the 419 Crew hog the spotlight while synthesized strings, reversed drum sounds, electric guitar, and the kind of propulsive bassline that gave Play's "Bodyrock" its title make it clear this is still Moby..."

Fear of Flying - Bowery Electric

Bowery Electric was a New York City-based musical duo formed by Lawrence Chandler and Martha Schwendener in 1994. Bowery Electric's music defies easy classification. The group earned critical acclaim for experimentation across several genres and mixing elements of ambient, drone, electronic and experimental music with '70's soul, dub, disco, experimental rock and hip hop. They were one of the first American bands to perform live with a laptop, mixer and sampler on stage alongside bass, drums, and guitars. - Wikipedia

Frankman is a German dj who specializes in house music. House music is a form of electronic music that is strongly influenced by elements of the late 1970s soul- and funk-infused dance music style of disco.

Here's another cut by the funkmeister - the video is not very innovative, but that's not the point

The Kings Of Convenience - Sing Softly To Me (from their cd, 'Quiet Is The New Loud' (2001))

The Kings of Convenience are a Norwegian duo comprised of Erlend Oye and Eirik Glambek Boe. They are often compared to Belle & Sebastian or Simon & Garfunkle. They make nice music.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
