OK so I'm new.... but does it have to be made quite so obvious?? An "I'M A NEWBIE" tatoo across my forehead would be no less humiliating and what's with the warning thing??? How many silly and insignificant posts do I have to make to get rid of the label? :(

UMMA ...(spoken in parental voice)...I told you to behave.!!!

lol...thanks for coming over here.

I think you will like it HERE ...especially since you are no longer a newbie.

The warning meter is there to scare of the riff-raff...don't worry.

And like Koop said ..just don't play the music too loud on weekdays...lol

WELCOME ABOARD

So far, I'm tho only member who ever got a warning, and I think it was for playing my music too loud while a mod was hung over.

Actually...one of our other members asked us to spike his warning cause he thought it would look cool. We accomodated him.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
