I got my dad a (real) Who CD and a packet of Wine Gums as he loves both of them.

I'm also chauffeur to and from an Elton John gig both parents are attending. I'm waiting for a call to pick them up. It can't go on that late else the care homes will begin to wonder where their residents have got to.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL THE OTHER FATHERS!

Very classy :good job: I spoke to my dad who is in a new spiffy retirement apartment in Seattle, and am having a piece of cake in his honor

And for those of you in San Diego County, Dad gets lunch for free at this place:

I'm taking my dad out to eat on Friday (because that's payday and I'm unbelievably poor) at this fancypants place here in town.

Happy Father's Day to all you dads!

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
