Britney's TV programme "chaotic"

Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline's new reality series now has a title: Britney and Kevin: Chaotic.

Featuring what UPN bills as "exclusive, never-before-seen private home videos they shot themselves during their courtship, engagement and wedding," the six-episode series will premiere with a special one-hour episode on May 17.

A video clip is available on UPN's web site.

The 23-year-old Toxic singer announced last month that she is pregnant with the couple's first child. Spears and Federline were married in September.

Meanwhile, Spear's positive pregnancy test has been sold for charity by an internet casino web site that claims to have found it in the bathroom trash at a Los Angeles hotel.

Goldenpalace.Com bosses say they have auctioned the stick she urinated on to confirm her pregnancy suspicions.

Proceeds from the kit will be donated to US charities The Candlelighter's Childhood Cancer Foundation and The Easter Seal Society, which helps disabled children.

i for one, don't need any more fuel to fire my belief that there are many of those TV droolers in the US who are absolute morons. but i'm pleased that charities will get some money out of this bullshit.

Pregnant Britney Spears is savoring eating for two....and calls upcoming reality series ‘my own therapy’....

“Eating for two is so much fun; I get to eat lots and lots!” the 23-year-old singer says in a posting on her Web site.

Spears, who announced her pregnancy last month, said she and husband Kevin Federline “ate at some amazing restaurants in Scottsdale” during a “peaceful and relaxing” two-week vacation in Arizona.

She also plugs the couple’s new reality series, “Britney and Kevin: Chaotic.”

Featuring what UPN bills as “exclusive, never-before-seen private home videos they shot themselves during their courtship, engagement and wedding,” the six-episode series will premiere May 17 (9 p.m. ET).

“Doing a documentary series seemed like the last thing I would do,” Spears writes. “... And putting ourselves out there seemed crazy, but that is exactly when I realized I should do it. The craziest things I’ve ever done have always been for the best.”

The pop star said she didn’t do the series for her career.

“So much happened last year much too fast and I really wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to reflect on all of it. It’s like my own therapy. I hope you guys enjoy our little project! We are having so much fun putting it all together.”

Spears and Federline were married in September.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
