I'm sure I wasn't alone in seeing that the Guitar Center Drum Off national finals were last night in LA... did some research and looked up the winner - guy named JP Bouvet - absolutely amazing. Really mature and tasteful player - knows when to sit back and knows when to show his chops. I looked up his band too. They're called HELICOPRIA.
