    Basement Freaks project started in 2005 by George Fotiadis a self-taught multi-instrumentalist from Thessaloniki/Greece.<br /> Started playing music in 93 where he was the songwriter & guitarist of an indie rock band.<br /> After many years working in his home studio George started composing & producing the Basement Freaks sound in 2005.<br /><br /> Debut cd album "Urban Jungle"released by Music Kitchen records a label based in Thessaloniki/Greece.<br /> The album got positive feedback from some great producers in the scene such as:Stereo Mcs & Kraak n Smaak.<br /><br /> Remixing various artists like Chris Joss/Rephrase/Ed Royal/KBbonus for some very well knowed labels as<br /> ESL music(U.S.A),Knowfool Records(AUSTRALIA),Invision Records(AUSTRIA),the Basement Freaks sound gets in the map<br /> of the global underground Funky Breakbeat scene.<br /> Feedback comes warmer this time from producers like :A.Skillz,Flow Dynamics,<br /> A.G.F.A,Smoove,Q Dup Foundation,Fort Knox Five,Valique who support the Basement Freaks tunes!<br /><br /> The 1st E.P vinyl released by "South City Recordings" a new label based from Atlanda/U.S.A in Oct07 <br /> Basement Freaks meets Quasamodo to collaborate on the track Move Sucka for releasing it on Goodgroove Records V/a Vinyl<br /> Goodgroove Remixed 3 released in Feb 08 by Goodgroove Records/U.K and very fast become one of the bestseller Breakbeat<br /> vinyls at Juno & FatCity online record shops.
