That's cool. But, I was really looking more for forums like this one rather than blogs which, I believe, are much harder to navigate and fing particular info. S'all good though and thanks TGIF.

I was hoping it could connect me with some reggae players from my area, thus leading me to fame and fortune and stardom. ;)

B) I live in Northern Alabama, transplanted from Dayton, Ohio. I played in several Reggae bands in Ohio, and was worried when I moved to a warmer climate that I might have trouble finding reggae musicians to perform with. However, I did find one Reggae band, (the only one) in my area and soon got together with them and performed off and on with them for the last couple years. But, after a few years they seem to have lost their drive and desire, so I am working on forming my own new band with some righteous young dudes, (I am a young 50). It seems to be working pretty well and we hope to be gigging by the first of the new year. So I am asking the Beatking audience if they know of any music forums that might cater to reggae musicians in my area (lower tennessee or north Alabama). We have a great local forum, but it is mostly rockers and blues dudes. Great folks but not what I need. My first post so thanks in advance to all who may reply. Blessings, DC
