  1. Hmmm.... a proprietary media. Is this like 'ol sega's GB discs? Wasn't that hard to crack that proprietary media. Wonder how long this will take....
  2. If you haven't tried Henry Weinhard's rootbeer... do it. It is friggin kick (explicative removed)!!!!
  3. I would make the opposition singular... your losing her to that guy. change line to too "many" letters. in the singular... "before HE takes what you deserve" corner/roses line "for whom are they reserved" --- "why don't you answer them, or let it rest" ----- "no use filling your head with questions" -- addition -- one line to the comeback maybe.... "you lost the perfect girl" and possible after stop "to her, you could have been the world" gah.... sorry... ex poet. Only problem is I got married and all that. Misery bred creativity more for me than happiness..... :P
  4. Thanks, Dude. Just wondering if this will be a thread to watch.... or a dead end plug.
  5. Oh, the horror, the horror. I'm kind of happy. But they have toned down horror movies so much anymore that I just fail to be shocked. I miss that turning feeling in the pit of my stomach that a well placed axe to the head used to give me.
  6. Just curiuos. You have 3 posts... 2 here. Is your third yet another plug for this group?
  7. Gah... ten.... O.K. I put no restrictions however. If it came out yesterday, and I know I'll play it forever... I'll list it. 10) Star Wars Knights of the old Republic - it's MY favorites, damnit. Take an RPG, mix in star wars, and I go into geek siezures. 9) Legend of Zelda: A link to the past - some of those that followed may have surpassed it, but I could really care less. I still spend hours on this on EMU. 8) Mario Kart - Yes, Mario Kart. It cost me my United States High School Education (finally getting into college, I find I didn't miss much) so I have to mention it. 7) Star Control 2 - I spent months on this damn game. I still try to play it, though it doesn't translate into the post windows 95 era. 6) Suikoden - An rpg with multiple modes of battle, and over 100 characters to interchange in your party... how can an RPG geek lose? 5) Gran Turismo - though surpassed by more current games, the level of customization woke the world up to imports before suasage fest Vin Deisel ever did. 4)Bruce Lee - Commodore 64 at its best. If you never played it, if you're too young for Commodore.... you'll never know the glory. 3) Dragon Warrior - I'm speechless. What do you mean the dragon lord has revealed his true form? 2)Mortal Kombat/Street Fighter 2 - I'll tie them. Either way, when I was fourteen and hitting the arcades on Vacation in Vegas, no way to count the number of Arcade lurkers that killed my high by whuppin my butt. 1)Mike Tyson't Punch Out!!! - To quote Will Smith: "I think I can beat Mike Tyson" I could go on forever... but these games consume my soul every time I pick them up.
  8. Stray Cat Strut - The Stray Cats
  9. Staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar waaaaaaaaaaars....
  10. "The Item"....... it's a moment of time you will never get back. If you ever figure out what the whole talking mushroom/penis thing is all about... meh, forget it.
  11. Though... I just thought of it... not quite 9 months. Gestation is 40 weeks, just shy of 10 months. I was born at 36 weeks... so 9 months for me... whoopeee
  12. That's it. I also came up on The Osbourne's family album. It has a lounge singer version of Ozzy's Crazy train. I don't know what the obsession is, but lounge versions of hardcore rap and rock songs rule.
  13. Damn you Tom Cruise!!!!!!! I wanted to be Katie's Kevin Fiederline... her knight in white trash shining armor!!!!! You ruins it... filthy hobbit!!!!!
  14. Her music.. meh.. but..... :I'd hit it:
  15. I think it's... Richard Cheese - Down with the Sickness - Dawn of the Dead
  16. Cheeseburger! :Here's to you:
  17. I can agree with that. The Final Fantasy movie was completely awsome visually. The story was ok... but the pace ate gigantic steaming piles of buffalo dung.
  18. I know it was a joyous day in my life. I waited for a week, hovering in the front of my house. Where was that great man with his gift of providence. The towering blue suited knight of freedom. I had bore these chains for too long. Like a giant, he strode toward me bearing the gift. He handed me the small box... the current of life. I took the box inside, and drew all the curtains. My precious. The item inside was glorious. I connected it and was awakened to a new world. 256k dsl. Oooh, boy do I not miss AOL. Even free can't replace this. Of course, I'm on 3mb cable now. I'd never go back.
  19. People usually do. Of course, when you have all the money and all the guns, you can make people accept your god. If I decide to believe in a higher power again, I'm going nordic. For Valhalla!
  20. A tattoo design for a new street gang.
  21. The moral base provided by religion is needed. Most of the world need some kind of faith to live a life that feels meaningful. It's the power base created with faith that creates it's shortcomings.
  22. Remember, this also had some back door things. This is where you will spend jail time if you are a file sharer caught distributing prerelease material. Just like bearucrats, shake your hand one minute, put a knife in your back at the same time.
  23. Nice to know I'm not alone. Though... I just finally came to terms with myself on this. I have studied mythology since about the seventh grade. Though, it's funny we use the term "mythology". The Norse, Greek, Roman, Hindu, Buhdist gods are or were just as real as the god of christians. They could all cite teachings and writings to confirm this existence. Then.... christianity took the world with a brutal force which is only comparitive to the initial rise of Islam. I fought the feeling of truth in myself... wait... if I stop believing in god, I will go to hell.... wait... no god.... no hell. gah... off topic. The scariest thing about this guy isn't about faith itself, most people NEED faith to live complete lives. The scary thing is the march of ignorance which he may lead.
