http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap?gid=20050911033&prov=ap Ravens D got worn out. Ravens secondary is slightly overrated too. Sanders is a shadow of his former self, and his former self was only good at certain things anyway. Ray Lewis is great but he's NOT the best linebacker in the NFL. Ed Reed is great but he needs more help. They played excellent, but got tired out at the end due to a lack of offense (mainly receivers dropping the ball and INTs by Wright when he came in. Clarence Moore, why, WHY!!!!!!!!!!!! Catch the damn ball!). Long story short, the Indy defense did what they needed to do and Manning waited out the Bal D, then toasted them to a crispy golden brown because he's just that damn good (outside of Foxboro on a cold snowy day).

Cully is missing Moss right about now. He was his "I'll just throw it up in the air and see what happens" guy. Culpepper was never really accurate as a passer. He would go in streaks, but Moss would always be there at one point or another to bail him out and make him look better, and the other receivers would benefit too. Now we shall see a Mossless Culpepper, and it isn't looking good.

The Bills beat the Texans 22-7 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap?gid=20050911002&prov=ap Not bad for J.P.'s first real action. It won’t be all roses this season though, but he made only one or two mistakes and none of them resulted in a turnover. A lot of the local media were really down on him, mainly due to a personal vendetta against the Bills organization (they're basically blacklisted from press conferences and locker room interviews because they used to make personal insults against members of the organization including about their families, etc. They're also assholes in general. The local media I speak is mainly a few sports writers for a local paper and one radio station). They were proven wrong in this game, and will now have to eat shit until next week.
  4. Nice Humvee, but does it still get ripped to pieces by improvised explosive devices? That always sucks, especially when you're inside and you're literally ripped in half by the blast. Gotta love the Humvee. I suppose it performs better out on the streets of the U.S. where stupid idiots buy them despite fuel shortages. Sometimes I wish I could wake up in the morning and find out that everyone who is that stupid suddenly vanished into thin air and will never return. That'd be about 40% of the population of the U.S.
  5. In other news, Saudi Arabia has banned banning, thereby effectively destroying all law and order resulting in mass crime, hysteria, injury, and rhinoceros/mutant sloth orgies. New SA motto: "Come for the looting, stay for the rhino cock."
  6. What the hell was he doing walking around? He was obviously too dangerous to be out in society.
  7. The government needs to spontaneously combust.
  8. This is the 7th sign. The very fabric of space and time will be destroyed as soon as I finish this post........................................................................wait for it.................................................................................................. ................wait for it...........................................................................WAIT FOR IT...................WAIT.........................................................................WA ................. AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Ok, we should all be dead now. Thank you, have a nice day.
  9. There was a History Channel special on the vulnerability of New Orleans with regards to Hurricanes and flooding/broken levees. That was about 3 to 4 months ago. People have been saying it for years. There should have been an engineering solution for this years ago.

Need more information Rainbow. Chances are it's not good, especially if you got it involuntarily. Probably adware or spyware. An expert on American right wing ideology maybe. You're no professor though.
  11. True; this is what I meant about circumstance. To sum everything up, the reactions are based on what the Mayor of NO said. The authorities cared more about protecting property (and then subsequent "shoot to kill" law and order) than about rendering aid to people. Property was valued over life; a product of capitalist driven greed that is prevalent throughout the United States and elsewhere. There is nothing wrong with capitalism, so long as it doesn't take precedence over life itself.
  12. I don't think he's wrong for speaking his mind, I just think he's wrong. I believe that the governments involved screwed things up not because they didn't care as much about one race of human being over another, but more along the fact that they're lazy, stupid, and ineffective. The stuff about New Orleans being vulnerable has been known for many years; however, nobody ever did anything about it. Why? They're lazy and cheap, not because they "don't care about black people". There are a lot of minorities involved in the "lazy, stupid and ineffective" part of government. It's a diverse melting pot of stupid. I can understand why people were emotionally inclined to draw race issues into this; the images on television showed 99% black populations. This is only because the majority of people who lived in the inner city areas, and the majority of people who didn't have the means of private transportation were minorities. It's not because of a current conspiracy, it's just circumstance. I think it's actually more a class/wealth thing. If you didn't have the dinero to have the things that allowed you to escape, you were screwed. This includes all races.
  13. He's the youngest member huh..... Might I be an asshole and ask how old?
  14. I agree with MI. It's not the marijuana itself the concerns me, it's the fact that he was likely using it while driving a vehicle or used it then drove a vehicle. He should be treated just like any drunk driver should. Legalizing it is beside the point Method. Even legalized, he'd still be driving with it going by what we know now. Awesome musician, shitty person. He could have killed someone.
  15. That would be great, until I crash. Perhaps I should become a pilot. After that, it'll be great again, until the U.S. Air Force shoots me down. On second thought, that would suck. Besides, where the fuck am I going to put that? There isn't enough room in my backyard. I have enough dead bodies lying around as it is.

    X-ray vision?

Pull your pants up Shawn. It can't do cotton, if you know what I mean. Also, you'd look pretty strange lugging around that stupid rectangle box (or the glasses) with a camcorder. I'm sure nobody will notice!
  17. Excuses with little or no remorse or even a full apology. Perhaps the U.S. military commanders can be there to tell the kid what happened to his/her father when he/she grows up. I'm sure because it was "totally justified", that will make it "all better".
  18. I pay $0. I take the bus as it's route is right where I need to go (I work in a downtown area, and there's no parking anyway). Yes they pay for gas, but I'm technically paying a fare and couldn't do the math to tell you what percentage of the fare goes towards gas.
  19. What about the one that killed Harvey Robinson? "Hooray" for the predator that killed a human? Maybe not "hooray" Kiwi. That's rather cold given the situation.
  20. And then, when the lions and other predators start eating the humans, we can introduce the dreaded half chicken half squirrel to steal all the predators’ teeth, thus greatly reducing their ability to maul people.
  21. I didn't vote for Bush. I just don't care if bears get shot is all, and I don't want to see people stopped from shooting them. Bears ARE a threat given the right situation (I would think the old man is evidence). I'm not sure why you would think otherwise. "Not a frequent threat" would have been a more accurate statement.
  22. The people stealing guns are not looking to protect themselves. Just ask the police officer who was shot in the head.
  23. If it's just food/water, and if it's only for survival, then fine. However I'm seeing a lot of images of people packed with clothes and electronics, smiling away. The gun stealing calls for being shot on site. We already had a police officer shot in the head when he tried to stop some looting. The images and video I've seen of the looting are disgusting and show a very greed driven mentality, not one of survival.
  24. I know this is actually a real situation, but I didn't know Yahoo was into fabricating satire comments and pretending an Austrian official said them.
