Wow, this is really cool! I love this idea of signing a lease knowing that if something unexpected happens and you need extra income, you can just list your spare room on Airbnb. The fact that Airbnb is now curating a list of apartment buildings that allow tenants to sublet short-term is really helpful. Of course, there is always the chance that people will use the Airbnb-friendly apartment program to find places they can sublet full-time. I'm interested to see how the program develops.
