This is the album that yo homeboy in Californie convicted of a felony for uploading. He is to be sentenced next month I believe. I don't remember the exact details.

I'm not a big G 'N' R fan but the new album is ok. Have you listened to it yet? I've only played a small amount of it. From what I have heard it isn't bad but it's just not something that I have been in the mood to listen to all the way through.

They had 6 top 10 hits although only Sweet Child O Mine made it to #1.

Obviously someone likes the group. Prolly someone younger than myself. I have this album but I am more likely to listen to "The Very Best Of The Fleetwoods" album that I just got than this one.

Know what I mean?

What does everyone think of the album? I listened to a few tracks and I don't really know how I feel. I think I have to give it some more time.

BMC loves it.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
