It's coming
Total solar eclipse
August 21st
2017
It's coming
We'll stand in the shadow
Shadow of our moon
It's a TSE

TSE
Feel that chill
Total solar eclipse
As time stands still
TSE
Sun blocked out
Total solar eclipse
Corona's out

I'll be there
In the path of totality
See the Diamond Rings
And Baily's Beads
I'll be there
Hope to see you, my friend
In the Grand Tetons
From start to end

TSE
Feel that chill
Total solar eclipse
As time stands still
TSE
Sun blocked out
Total solar eclipse
Corona's out

Bridge:
Being 400 times larger than the moon
The sun is 400 times further away
That coincidence explains the magic
The magic we'll see on that day

guitar

Here it comes
From the Pacific
Across the U.S.
To the Atlantic
Crossing Oregon
Over the Tetons
Over Nashville
Rushing on

TSE
Feel that chill
Total solar eclipse
As time stands still
TSE
Sun blocked out
Total solar eclipse
Corona's out

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
