I can't take it anymore.......I hate Britney, Christina, N'Sync and all this other ungodly stuff they wanna call music.
those "artists" don't represent this decade.

All decades have good and bad artists and all decades have pioneers and followers so we should all agree that all decades have produced great music.

btw... i'm really surprised to see that I'm the only one who voted all decades

i guess logically i should have voted 50's, because its said that this is where rock began. Without the pioneers in the 50's, we wouldnt have the great bands that each other decade produced.
I used to be with it. Then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it. And what's it seems weird and scary to me. It will happen to you!

let's not get that far but if you want it that way then i consider the ancient people the "real pioneers". They began making sounds with various instruments so they started it all

I should of voted "other" and explain "1000000 BC"

It seems most people vote their age. Young people are not likely to vote 60's and old people aren't voting for new stuff. What we have here is a census! I can see that am more Jurassic that most. Method seems to vote for 1 million yrs bc so I guess he is a little older than me but.........
Always right since the mid 1800s.

I voted all decades. It's not fare to vote for new artists cause they have more technology available to them, to help them make their music sound better. Every decade had their hits and I listen to them all. I might be a freak of nature being 22 and all and liking all sorts of music but that's the way it should be. People should respect the old music for what it was. Not follow every damn music trend out there. If it sounds good, and has a meaning you understand listen to it. More power to you. That's why I never tell anyone the music they listen to sucks. ;)

I always try to find out why they like it to see if I can pick it up too.

Yeah well you're old. That's to be expected.

Just kidding. I used to dislike rap. But there are other artists out there you've never heard of that you could possibly enjoy. You just have to give it a chance. ;)

Like the Beastie Boys.
