Josh Hutcherson's nose was BROKEN IN A CRAZY BAR FIGHT ... would have been a much cooler explanation than the one he gave us yesterday. The "Hunger Games" star was out in Beverly Hills ... sans nose bandages ... when we asked about the mystery…
