Tony! Toni! Toné! was a new jack swing/R&B group from Oakland, California, popular during the late 1980s and early to mid 1990s. It was composed of D'wayne Wiggins on lead vocals and guitar, his brother Charlie Ray Wiggins (also known as Raphael Saadiq). Thanks to Ghostenthusiast @ Twitter for the recommendation.

Raphael Saadiq, who has since moved into a solo career, will appearing on April 6h on KCRWs Morning Becomes Eclectic

Nice one dude, "Let's get down" is a decent track. They also have a classic ballad "Anniversary". Top notch stuff
