Pitchfork reports that May 17th has been selected as the "the inaugural edition of "Lou Reed's New York Shuffle", the latest venture from the rock'n'roll icon. Reed, having, like, been there, has plenty to say about the death of freeform radio and the crappiness of tightly-controlled playlists, but will let his gruff voice serve as a beacon of eclecticism as he and producer Hal Willner kick out the jams."
