Best portable player. Huge touchscreen, very thin, cheap and plays everything without hacking it. What more can you ask for? Fuck apple and their overpriced DRM crap.

FYI, the record companies insisted on the DRM encoded files, not apple--Jobs recently asked the record companies to drop their DRM - Read the letter here

Notice Microsoft is in the same bind. DRM refers to music purchased at the Apple store. But it does not refer what can be played in the IPod or IPhone.

This is not to say that some of Apple's proprietary policies aren't to be criticized.
