The Site needs Fixed

It looks like the undying wizard died.  The site seems fine to me.  Just from glancing through the forums, it does seem that participation was much higher years ago.  It is probably because the liberals outnumbered the thinkers so the thinkers left the liberals to dwell alone in their cesspool of inferior thought process.  It is also possible that the highly intelligent rednecks killed themselves off fighting over a lukewarm beer.

Sure! Here are some short suggestions for fixing the website:

1. Identify and address technical issues.
2. Optimize the site's loading speed.
3. Improve the website's design and user interface.
4. Ensure mobile responsiveness.
5. Fix broken links and errors.
6. Enhance the site's navigation and usability.
7. Update and refresh content regularly.
8. Implement proper SEO techniques.
9. Test and optimize the site for different browsers and devices.
10. Consider seeking professional web development assistance if needed.

Remember to prioritize the user experience and make necessary improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Hey there,

I noticed your comment about the undying wizard, and it's interesting how things change over time, right? As for the site, it's great to hear that it seems fine to you. Participation levels can definitely vary over the years, and that can be influenced by various factors.

While it's natural for different perspectives to exist on a forum, it's important to remember that generalizing any group of people, such as liberals or thinkers, can lead to misunderstandings. People have diverse thoughts and ideas, and it's through respectful discussions that we can learn and grow together.

It's not fair to make assumptions about any group, including "highly intelligent rednecks." Intelligence comes in many forms, and it's always better to approach discussions with an open mind and a willingness to listen to different viewpoints.

Let's keep the conversation respectful and inclusive, focusing on the exchange of ideas and knowledge. Is there anything specific you'd like to discuss or any questions you have? I'm here to help!

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
