Does two goals and a new baby count as a hattrick?

Footballer Ryan Colclough had a truly extraordinary night on Tuesday. Wigan were playing Doncaster and he was on top form having scored one goal already, when at half-time he heard that his partner had gone into labour.

He stayed just long enough to score Wigan's third goal of the match, before rushing off to be with his partner as she gave birth to their son.

Congrats to Ryan Colclough who scored a brace tonight in our win before being substituted to make it in time to see the birth of his son! ?? pic.twitter.com/Efvjk9P3sw

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
