Katy Perry Enlists Hot Chip, Purity Ring, Mike Will Made-It for New Album Witness

Katy Perry’s new studio album Witness arrives June 9, and today it’s been revealed that the pop singer’s follow-up to her 2013 LP Prism includes production from Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard of Hot Chip, as well as Purity Ring’s Megan James and Corin Roddick. According to iTunes credits, Purity Ring worked on three songs from the album, while Hot Chip produced the album’s closing track. Also on the album are Duke Dumont and Promnite (who produced “Swish Swish”), Mike WiLL Made-It, and Jeff Bhasker. Thus far, Perry has shared the aforementioned “Swish Swish” (with Nicki Minaj), “Bon Appetit” (featuring Migos), and “Chained to the Rhythm” (which got a remix from Hot Chip).
