"Guns, girls, global domination." Those words, spoken by Ruby Rose in the first trailer for xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, provide an apt description for an action movie that looks like it will tip the scales of believability from its very first frame. That was also a hallmark of xXx back in 2002, which introduced Vin Diesel as Xander Cage, an extreme sports athlete who was recruited by the U.S. government for a secret mission.   Agent Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L.
