  1. Listening to a couple of nice live sets from Wilco and Big Smith at the moment..........Cheers Wilco - Live from Chicago Lallapalooza 2008 (this set I located by searching blogsearch.google.com) Big Smith - Live from Wakarusa 2008 (these guys are a local band located in Springfield MO and play some mightee kick butt bluegrass/newgrass) This set can be found in the live music archives at archive.org
  2. I remember grooving to this track, in a club back in 1989............I got tha hots for you, do do da dododo ta do.......LOL Cheers
  3. The Juggernauts are very cool.......I've been seeing their videos on TMF amsterdam quite a bit lately, I'm also a new fan of DJ Midfield General the new album by him is unreal, and well worth a listen or 3....... Cheers
  4. Type O Negative has some mellow trippy tunes.................................or Perhaps Black Label Society - Hangover Music Vol VI............. Cheers
  5. I totally agree with ya on the Outlaws suggestion Dude as in Cool..........it just so happens that Monte Yahoo the drummer for the Outlaws lives in my area, he has come in to my store and purchased cigars on a few ocassions............ I guess my addition would have to be a hearty dose of New Riders of the Purple Sage (any album) Cheers
  6. This is a great album, although DJ Z-trip has been hampered by success in that he is not allowed to freely use the samples that made some of his early works outstanding. I saw him in TX several years ago and if you like his commercial albums, then you really have to attend a live performance, he is MUCH better live. He throws in a lot of really cool samples that he just can't use on a commercial release. =P420=
  7. This is just more Cr#p, its not going to work and in the end those folks that want a copy will get get one. also this statement just kills me: All copy-protected solutions will include such extras as photo galleries, enhanced liner notes and links to other features. why dont they try and release cds without all the cr@p and concentrate on releases with quality music. I have sampled more releases recently coming from the indie labels that have far superior music on them, than what is being pimped by the major labels. If you really like an artist then seek them out and attend a live performance. =P420=
  8. ROFLMAO........................ I know just what U mean Redneck......... :righteousdude:
  9. OST - 21 Grams (Original Score) -------------------------------- Feat Gustavo Santaolalla: A major force in Latin American alternative music since the 1960s, Gustavo Santaolalla pioneered the fusion of his Argentine roots with rock, soul, African rhythms and Latin American folk. He established himself as one of the main institutions in the early stages of Argentine rock, the most respected musical movement of the Spanish-speaking youth. Santaolalla’s work as bandleader (Arco Iris, Soluna, Wet Picnic); solo artist (Santaolalla, GAS); and record producer (Café Tacuba, León Gieco, Caifanes, Maldita Vecindad, Los Prisionieros, Divididos, Molotov, etc.) further established him as an icon not only associated with Latin rock, but with a wide section of Latin American popular music as well. ------------------------------
  10. just found one: Dwight Yoakam has a new one called Dwights Used Records. Listening to it right now, it has that old school country sound. some of the tracks are bluegrass and some have that traditional sound. ================================================ Throughout his career, Dwight Yoakam has not only created some remarkable music for his own records, but he has recorded some great songs with other artists for their releases and contributed some fantastic tracks to various tribute albums. Taking the best of these songs and adding 2 new tracks, he has compiled an amazing collection that puts them all together on one album for the first time, making for a fun and fantastic collection of rare highlights from his recent past career. Contains 2 unreleased tracks - an almost Elvis-like take of ‘Loco-Motion’ and a wonderful version of John Prine’s ‘Paradise’. Features collaborations with The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Ralph Stanley, Deana Carter and Heather Myles and covers of material by people like Gram Parson, Johnny Cash, Webb Pierce, the aforementioned John Prine and even ZZ TOP! Track Listing 1.STOP THE WORLD (AND LET ME OFF) 2.DOWN WHERE THE RIVER BENDS 3.MERCURY BLUES 4.WAITING 5.SOME DARK HOLLER 6.IF YOU WERE ME (AND I WERE YOU) 7.LITTLE CHAPEL 8.LOCO-MOTION 9.MINER'S PRAYER 10.UNDERSTAND YOUR MAN 11.WHEELS 12.I'M BAD, I'M NATIONWIDE 13.PARADISE 14.I SAID (PARADISE REPRISE) ===============================================
  11. :good job: Actually Blends and Mash ups can be hit and miss much like the C&S it just depends on the skillz of the mixer :scratchin: I have heard some nice blend albums lately one that comes to mind is DJ Chill Will - The Blend King Pt 1. Cool album one to check out. :bigsmile: =============================================== °°°°°° °°±±±±°° °°°°°°°°° °°±±±±±±°° °°°°°°° °°°°° °°°°°°°°°°°°°±±±±±±±±°° °°°°°°°°° °°°°°°° °°°° °°°°±±±±±±±±±°±±±²²²²±±±°° °°±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±°°°°°°° °°°±±±±±±±±±±±±±±²²²²²²±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±°±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±²²ÛÛÛÛ²²±±±°°° °°°±±±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±²²²²²²²²²±²²Û°±±°Û²²±±±°°° °°°±±±²²²²²²²±±±°°°°±±±²²²²²±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±²²²²²²²²²²²²²Û°²ÛÛ±Û²²±±±±±°°°°±±±±²²²²²²²²²±±±°°±±±²²²²²²²±²²²²±±±°° °°±±±²²²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²Û°²Û²Û±Û²²±±±±±±±°°±±±±²²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²±±±±±±²²ÛÛÛÛÛ²²²²²²²±±±°° °°±±±²²²ÛÛ°±±±±±±±°Û°²Û²Û²°Û²²±±±±±±±±±±±±±²²Û°±±±±±°Û²±±±±²²Û°±±±°Û²ÛÛÛÛ²²±±±°° °°±±±²²ÛÛ°±±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±²Û²Û²°Û²²²²²²²²²±±±±²²²²²Û±ÛÛÛÛÛ±°Û²±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ±ÛÛ°±±°Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°±±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²Û²°ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±ÛÛÛÛÛÛ±°Û²±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û°±ÛÛ±°Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²Û²°Û±±±±°Û°±±±±ÛÛÛÛ±±±±±Û±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±°Û²±²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û±Û²²Û±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ²°°°°°°°²Û²ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛ±±±ÛÛÛ±°ÛÛ°±ÛÛÛ±°±ÛÛÛ±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û°±ÛÛ±°Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°°°°°°²Û²ÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±ÛÛÛÛÛ±±±±ÛÛÛÛÛ±ÛÛÛÛ±±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û²²Û±ÛÛÛ±ÛÛ°±±°ÛÛ²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°°°°°²Û²Û²ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±°±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û°±±±±°Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°°°°²Û²Û²°ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±±ÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±±ÛÛÛÛÛÛ±Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±°ÛÛ±ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°°°²Û²Û²°°ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛÛ±°Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û°±ÛÛÛÛÛ±ÛÛ°±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û±ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°°²Û²Û²°°°ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±°Û²Û°±ÛÛ±°Û²Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±°±ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°°²Û²Û²°°°°ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛ±°Û²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²ÛÛ±ÛÛÛ±Û²²Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±±ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ°²Û²Û²°°°°°ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±ÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛÛ²Û²Û²°°°°°ÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²±²Û°±ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°±ÛÛÛ²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±°Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²±±²Û°±ÛÛÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°²Û²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±°ÛÛ±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±²Û°±ÛÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°²Û²Û²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ±±°ÛÛ²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛ±Û²²²²Û±ÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±±²Û°±ÛÛÛÛ±Û±ÛÛÛÛ±Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°²Û²Û²°±±±±±±±°ÛÛ²²²Û°±±±°Û²²²²Û°±±°Û²²²²Û°±±±°Û²²±±±±±²Û°±±±±°Û°±±±±°Û²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û±Û²Û²°ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²²²²²²ÛÛÛÛÛ²±±²²²ÛÛÛÛ²±±²²²ÛÛÛÛÛ²±±±°±±±²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛ²ÛÛÛÛÛÛ²±±±°°° °°±±±²²Û±ÛÛ²°Û²²²²²²²²²²²±±±²²²²²²²±±±²²²²²²²±±±±²²²²²²²±±±°°°±±±²²²²²²²²²²²²²²±±±°° °°±±±²²Û°±±°Û²²²²²²²²²²±±±±±±²²²²²±±±±±²²²²±±±±±±²²²²²±±±°° °°±±±²²²²²±²²²²²²±±±°° °°±±±²²²ÛÛÛÛ²²±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±°°±±±±±±±±°°±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±²²²²²²±±±±±±±±±±±±°°°±±±±±±°°°°±±±±±±°°°°±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±±±±±±°° °°±±±±²²²²±±±±±±±±±±±°°°°°°±±±±°° °°±±±±°° °°±±±±±°° °°±±±±±°±±±±±±°° °°±±±±±±±±±°°°°°°°°°°° °°°°°° °°°°°° °°°°°°° °°°°°°°°°°°°°° °°°±±±±±±°°°°°°°°°° °°°° °°°° °°°°° °°°°° °°°°°° °°°±±±±°° ²² ÛÛ °°°°°° ²² ÛÛ °°°° ²²Û Û²² ÛÛ²²² ÛÛÛÛÛ ÛÛ² °²² ²²²²² ÛÛ²²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ² °²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²°°°²² ÛÛ² ²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²² °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° °²² ÛÛ² °²² ÛÛ² -----0MNi PReSeNTS To You----- °²² ÛÛ² °²² ÛÛ² ²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²² °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° °²² ÛÛ²²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ² °²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²°°°²² ÛÛÛÛÛ ÛÛ² °²² ²²²²² ÛÛ²²² ÛÛ² ²ÛÛ ²² ÛÛ °°²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²² ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²² °²²²° ²ÛÛÛ² °°²²°° ²²ÛÛ²² °²²²° -----RELEASE INFO----- ²ÛÛÛ² °²²°° ²²ÛÛ² °²²° ²ÛÛ² DJ Chill Will-The Blend King Pt.4 GeNRe--------: Hip-Hop SouRCe-------: Compact Disc RiP DaTe-----: 01/04/2004 CD LeNGTH----: 72:31 STReeT DaTe--: 01/03/2004 CD SiZe------: 66MB ReCoRD LaBeL-: 0MNi RiPPeR-------: StrictlyBusiness ²ÛÛ² °²²° ²ÛÛ²² °°²²° ²ÛÛÛÛ² °²²²²° ²ÛÛ²ÛÛ²² °°²²°²²° ²ÛÛ²²ÛÛÛÛ² ²²²²°°²²° ²ÛÛ²²²²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ°°°²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²°°°°²²° ²ÛÛ² ÛÛ±²² ²²° ²ÛÛ² ÛÛ² ²²° ²ÛÛ² ²ÛÛ ²²° ²ÛÛ² ²²±ÛÛ ²²° ²ÛÛ²°°°²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²°°°ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ°°°°²²° ²ÛÛ²°°°²² ÛÛ°°°°²²° ²ÛÛ²°°²² ÛÛ°°°²²° ²²ÛÛ²²² TRaCKLiSTiNG ÛÛ°²²°° ²²Û²² ÛÛ²°° ²²Û ²ÛÛ ²²°ÛÛ ²²°ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 01 0:32 Funkmaster Flex - Intro ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 02 3:48 R.Kelly Frankie Beverly - Rising to the ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ Top bw Aint No Fun ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 03 0:14 Nas - Intro ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 04 3:36 Mary J.Nas Loon - Ooh(Rmx) bw Down For ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ Me ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 05 3:49 Pharell Jay Z R.Kelly - Frontin bw Step ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ bw Gap Bands Outstanding ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 06 0:20 Ja Rule - Intro ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 07 2:56 Mary J Eve Ja Rule 50 - Not Today bw Clap²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ Back bw In The Club ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 08 2:48 Tweet Ft.Missy G-Unit - Thugman bw Stunt ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 101 ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 09 3:07 ATL Ft.R.Kelly Young Gunz - All Girls bw ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ Cant Stop ²²± ±ÛÛ ²²± ±ÛÛ 10 4:13 112 Ft.   15. Well like Tony S likes to say " Whatta ya gonna do?" I feel all that we can do is not purchase the offending CDs and whenever possible educate those with less knowledge as to how sinister AO heLL really is. Hopefully we will see a day when the scourge known as AOL is just an unpleasant memory................ :reallymad: of course some of my black hat friends would love to see that happen sooner rather than later............ ;)
